Volkssport Event Disclaimer

With registration for these events, the participant accepts the guidelines for AVA-sanctioned volkssport events and agrees to observe the principles of good sportsmanship. Littering is not permitted, and we would encourage you to help clean up the park trails as you enjoy them. Every effort will be made by sponsors to make these safe, enjoyable and memorable events. The events will take place regardless of weather conditions. The sponsors are not liable for accidents, theft and/or material damage. Events are not canceled and there is no refund for registration fees paid.

Submitted Materials

All materials submitted for publication become the property of NSTT. Every effort will be made to scan and return photographs, however, by submitting these materials for consideration, you agree that NSTT is not responsible for lost or damaged materials. NSTT welcomes contributed material, pictorial or editorial, but assumes no commitment to use materials submitted at will. Selection, inclusion, placement and timing of the publication of submitted materials is solely at the discretion of NSTT's publication staff. There is no compensation provided for submitted materials which are published by NSTT.
